Our Process

01.

Meet & Greet

Take a moment to fill out our contact form, and we'll be in touch within 1-2 days to schedule a meet & greet. If we're available, we like to both be present for the meet and greet and then we see you one at a time in prenatals.

02.

Prenatal Consults

At least 2-3 prenatal visits where we will discuss your birth preferences, past birth experiences, preferred comfort measures, and postpartum plan for support. Unlimited phone/email support. On call beginning 38 weeks until delivery.

03.

Birth Support

Continuous emotional, physical, and educational support through labor & delivery. We're in touch through early labor and then typically come to you once active labor is established or close. We can labor with you at home before moving to your birth location.

04.

Postpartum Visit

A postpartum visit + meal or postpartum herbal bath soak. Unlimited phone/email support and access to our list of resources from IBCLCs and therapists to family chiropractors and postpartum doulas.
