Evidence Based Birth® Class with Eryn Davidson

A laid back and interactive 6-week class with Waco-based doula and educator Eryn Davidson. The first and last sessions will be in person in Waco, while the middle four classes are online over Zoom. The structure of the class is conversational – We watch EBB videos on our own each week and then come together once a week to discuss them further. Total class cost is $300, depending on how long you would like content access for (3mo or 6mo added $50).

  • Physical spiral workbook to follow along with in class + also contains "cheat sheets" of affirmations, partner support and acupressure, and one-pagers on topics such as induction, GBS, eating and drinking during labor, and more!



FAQ

I'm pregnant! When is the best time to take the class?

During your last second trimester/early third trimester is ideal, but I've certainly had couples join earlier in their pregnancy, or take the first half only because they are so close to their due date! I can often meet you outside of class to squeeze in a session or two if we are cutting it close.


The dates don't work for our calendar. Do you offer private classes?

I do! I offer a private express class option (four weeks) for $400. The first and last sessions can take place in your home or mine, and the middle two classes typically take place over Zoom but we can meet in person if that is preferable!
